Leipzig nominates their championship winning goaltender, Péter Gulácsi. He led the league in clean sheets with 13 and the leagues best goals against record of only 15 goals. He continually kept his side in the game even when this Leipzig side gave away cheap possessions and rarely have a possession advantage. A strong defense stems for a solid keeper and Gulácsi proved this season that he was one of the best!
Led all of Serie B with 14 goals and was the work horse that carried the weight to Serie A promotion for the Scottish side. Add in Dembeles assists as well as chance creation on and off the ball and its a clear cut easy choice for the Scottish manager.
Daniel Wass scored four goals and assisted three others. But a late season formation change turned him into the key man for springing the counter attack. Wass' ability to turn defense into offense helped pull Celta out of the TSL B basement and is why he is Os Celestes' MVP.
